Amy's Bridal Hair & Makeup

Special thanks to Eldad Efendi Photography for the photos!

Hair

We went for a side bun/curl updo. Amy has beautiful blonde streaks which especially compliments this hairdo. Julian, her hubby described her look as a bombshell "Goddess"! Perfect description!

What I used:
- Tresemme heat protectant spray
- 1 inch enzo milano clipless iron
- setting pins
- L'Oreal Paris Elnett unscented hairspray
- Kenra Platinum hairspray
-bobby pins
- Kenra 20 clear paste

With a one inch curling iron, curl and set with clips. Hairspray all over with a flexible hold hairspray. Allow the curls to cool before removing clips.

Once hair is cooled, remove hair clips. Working with the direction of the curl, pin down about 2 inch sections around her hairline.

Sweet the hair to one side and pin curl section by section.

Finish off the look with flower accessories behind the ear.

Makeup

Smokey purple eye shadow and nude lipstick fit perfectly with Amy's green/hazel eyes!

What I used:
Eyes
- Urban Decay primer potion
- MAC parfait amour eyeshadow
- MAC soft brown eyeshadow
- MAC contrast eyeshadow
- MAC carbon eyeshadow
- SHU UEMURA black gel liner
- Maybelline falsies mascara (waterproof)
-MAC cork eyeshadow for brows

Face
- Estee Lauder daywear+ moisturizer
-Young Blood concealer in medium
- MAC NC35 studio fix powder foundation
- Physicians Formula bronze booster in medium/dark
- MAC warm soul blush
-Model in a Bottle setting spray

Lips

Bridal Makeup - Ryan and Claire's Wedding

Last month I was hired to do Claire's wedding makeup for her and her bridal party. Claire wanted soft smokey eyes with long, full lashes. Lucky for me, Claire has beautiful flawless skin so her makeup was easy to do!

What I used...
Face
- EMBRYOLISSE lait creme lotion
- RCMA foundation palette
- Model in a Bottle setting spray
- MALLY BEAUTY shimmer shape and glow
Eyes
- MAC brule eyeshadow
- MAC soft brown eyeshadow
-MAC cork eyeshadow
-MODEL lashes T2
-MAC espresso eyeshadow
-MAC brown down eyeshadow
-URBAN DECAY Naked palette
- BOBBI BROWN caviar ink gel liner
- CLINIQUE lash power mascara
-EVE PEARL salmon concealer
Lips
- lip balm
- OCC memento liptar

I also did makeup on the bridesmaids and mother of the bride. I don't recall exactly what colors I used, but soft brown by MAC is a definite must have for bridal parties!

I had a blast with this wedding party. Everyone was so welcoming and sweet. I was so comfortable with the environment and it helped that Claire was far from bridezilla! Congratulations to the newly weds Ryan and Claire!
