My Hair Care Routine

I take care of my hair as if it were my baby, but call me thrifty  cause I never go to the salon to treat my hair. Instead I found a few drugstore products that work great for me! They're affordable, yet the quality is comparable to salons. Here's what I've been using lately and loving.

 
 Sulfate-free, meaning it doesn't strip your hair of natural oils nor does it leave your scalp dry. The scent is absolutely beautiful, and the feeling is invigorating. I was just at target and they retailed for $5.99 each. Definitely a must try!

 
 For years and years I had the same leave-in conditioner, which had been discontinued :( Lets not mention the brand I had just about gotten over it, lol. Thank goodness for Aveeno which is now my new favorite :) I sprits all over my damp hair. The wheat complex keeps my hair moisturized throughout the day. I remember watching Ellen and one of her beauty tips is soaking your hair in beer. Now this is a better alternative. lol

Finally, a product for girls that refuse to cut their hair! I use this hair lotion once a week to my ends. A little goes a long way.

    I love the L'oreal shampoo and conditioner! They are definitely salon quality! thanks for sharing what you use for your hair... your hair is gorgeously healthy looking!

    Your hair look absolutely great!
    I gotta try that sulfate-free shampoo, I've heard about the Pantene but didnt really paid much attention on it and Im still currently using mine. hehe

    I remember you've mentioned sometime having scalp issues, did you get to resolve that problem? I asked cause I have the same prob and I've been trying out a lot of products except for actually seeing a doctor. lol

    Judy, please try Joico and tell me what you think!? They have a 9 year awarded product which reconstructs the damaged hair, it' s wonderfull! I'm addicted to this: K-PAK Reconstruct Shampoo, K-PAK Reconstruct Deep Penetrating Reconstructor (this is the awarded product) and then K-PAK Moisture Intense Hydrator (the last two being 5minutes products and then wash away). Try these and you will forget about all others you've tried!!

    I've used Aveeno, Herbal Essence, and L'Oreal, but the one that I stuck with is TRESemme. Their haircare line worked its magic on my hair and now, you can't even tell that my hair was super dry and dead-like before. HairLab.net
