Instant Wrap Around Pony by Ken Paves and Jessica Simpson

How many of you gals miss your long hair soon after cutting it all off? Well Thank Goodness for hair extensions!

Meet my BFF Celisse :) We've been great friends since we were lil 5 year old girls. Celisse has always debated getting long hair, but eventually finds herself cutting it. She is the perfect hair model for the wrap around pony. The pony gives her an instant and full ponytail!

The 18'' ponytail is made of synthetic hair, but feels too much like real hair. This piece can also be styled with heat up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. The Wrap Around Pony is currently on sale at VogueWigs .

Sex and the City 2 Carrie "Preston" Inspired hair

Have you seen this movie yet?? Oh emm geee, HILARIOUS! I'd have to say Samantha was my fav in this movie. Another fav of mine were the hairstyles worn by Carrie! This one in particular is a very sexy soft wave hairstyle. Its quite simple to do, all you'll need are the following tools:

-1 inch curling iron
- heat protectant
- hair spray
- teasing comb
- hair brush

I used my enzo milano from beautychoice, and the teasing comb I got from Sallys Beauty Supply.

Cute Spring-do with Braided Buns

When I see this hair style the first thing that comes to mind is CUTE!!!! As if braids couldn't get any cuter! Try this quick updo yourself. I got my fringe from voguewigs.com  They are the bangs by Jessica Simpson in color R4.

What you'll need:
- two elastic hair ties ( You can find a pack of them at the dollar store)
- a few bobbi pins
- headband (optional)
- faux fringe, or bangs to give some extra umph!

How to achieve this look:
STEP 1: Curl your hair

STEP 2: Section your hair in two and braid.

STEP 3: Twist your braids into a bun, allowing the ends to fall below

STEP 4: Bobbi pin the bun behind your ears.

STEP 5: Accessorize with a head band, or even a faux fringe :D

Beauty Queen Pageant Hair

Back in the day my mom and I watched beauty pageants together like Miss USA and Miss Universe. My mom was hardcore, in that she kept track of the scores and all! One thing I've noticed about beauty pageants are the beautiful hair.... beautiful, bouncy hair!

So heres a quick lil tutorial on how to achieve that big and beautiful beauty queen hair!

What you'll need:
- One and half inch hot rollers
- Teasing comb
- Working Spray/ Hairspray/ Dry shampoo

Just follow these quick and easy steps:
STEP 1. Apply your hot rollers to your hair. Curl each strand outwards, away from the face.

STEP 2. Allow your rollers to cool down. Give it about 15 minutes. Usually I apply makeup during this time.

STEP 3. Take down your rollers and brush through the curls.

STEP 4. Tease your crown to add some volume.

STEP 5. Finish off the look with maximum hold hairspray.

STEP 6. Strut your stuff like the beauty queen that you are!

The contacts I received from PinkyParadise.com awhile back. I tried lookin for them on the site, but couldn't find them! They're purple lenses.

Thrifty Jewelry Organizers

I've been stashing all my jewelry in boxes the past few years. The outcome? Tangled up and necklaces and misplaced earrings!! UGHHH the frustration! So I decided to search the web for some organizers. OMG the cheapest product I found was a earring holder, which was a piece of plastic with holes in it costing $24. I was so desperate that I ended up buying it. When it finally arrived, it was smaller than I expected and didn't even hold half my earrings.

I decided to make my own earring holder with the materials I had at home. All I used was a shoe box lid, and a pair of fishnet pantyhose that I wore once last halloween. No worries ladies, these were clean ;) All I did was cut off the legs, and slid the box lid into the pantyhose. I did two layers. The outcome...

This diy earring holder saved me lots of money, so I figured some one out there would like to save some money too :) Heres a quick tutorial on the second earring holder I made, this time using regular black pantyhose.

Looking for more affordable jewelry organization ideas? I've got the solution, Second hand stores!!! I went to Value Village looking for items to store my bracelets and necklaces. Check out what I found...

I believe this item is a towel holder. You know, the ones that you place your hand towels in the bathroom! I just hang my necklaces on the rings and it holds up great. I was especially excited to find this guy cause.. look!!! Only $1.99!

Then I found this one close by. I'm not even sure what this is exactly. Maybe is is meant for bracelets? Anyone know? But there were several of these at the store. Again, only $1.99

So the moral of the story is... There are always great finds at the second hand stores! lol
